Terms and Conditions

By using Mud Duck Septic's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Agreement:

• Scheduling an appointment constitutes an agreement to receive services and pay the associated fees.
• Services are performed based on the information provided by the customer. Any inaccurate or incomplete information may result in additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Ensure clear access to septic systems.
• Inform Mud Duck Septic of any specific concerns or system issues prior to service.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

Liability:

• Mud Duck Septic is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages caused by factors beyond our control.
• We are not liable for property damage due to improper system design, maintenance, or installation performed by others.

Cancellation Policy:

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee.

Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
