I contacted Mud Duck to have our Septic System pumped. I spoke with Brad, and he was very courteous on the phone, answered my many questions, and didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need! On the day of my appointment he sent a message when we was about 25 minutes away. When he arrived he explained what he was going to do, and again answered my additional questions in a very understanding way. I would definitely recommend Mud Duck Septic Service.
