At Mud Duck Septic, we strive to provide reliable and professional septic services that meet your needs and expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only considered for services that were not performed as agreed upon or if the issue was not resolved after reasonable attempts.
  • Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of the service date.
  • Proof of service and payment is required for all refund requests.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Services that were completed and approved by the customer at the time of service.
  • Emergency services and same-day appointments.
  • Inspection fees and diagnostic services.
